FCAC Launches Two Digital Campaigns

The Financial Consumer Agency of Canada (FCAC) has recently launched two digital campaigns. First, a public awareness campaign informing consumers about home equity lines of credit (HELOCs), the potential risks of over-borrowing against their home, and the importance of having a plan to pay it back.

The second is a promotional campaign for FCAC’s financial tools, in particular the newly updated Account and Credit Card Comparison Tools. These free, online tools were recently redesigned to give consumers the ability to quickly and easily shop around in an unbiased, mobile-friendly environment for the banking package or credit card that best suits their needs.
